Q. when I tried forwarding my Proposal/ Application, An error message like "There is no DDO Mapped to your DDO Code" Pops up, what to do ?

Ans. click on Update basic details menu and update your Khajane II DDO code in DDO CODE Column and then Proceed.

Q.1. We have been sanctioned new vehicle from government and need to have insurance for the same from KGID. how to proceed? Ans.kindly login through DDO First KGID number. Go through the manual provided in KGID portal and apply for your new vehicle insurance.

Q.2. What are the documents to be uploaded for our new vehicle insurance? Ans.Provide "tax invoice, sale certificate, and government allotment letter/sanction order" in "upload required documents" page in kgid portal.

Q.3. What to select in "Vehicle Type" of Vehicle details tab? Ans.For white board Vehicles [private car/ two wheelers] select PRIVATE and For yellow board vehicles,kindly select COMMERCIAL.

Q.4. what to enter in cost price of the vehicle of IDV details page? Ans.Enter the Grand total amount including GST provided by the showroom in the tax invoice.

Q.5 what to upload if we don’t have tax invoice?

Ans.Upload the total value of the vehicle given by concerned RTO after inspection.

Q.6. What to upload if we don’t have sale certificate?

Ans.Upload RC copy or B extract copy given by concerned RTO.

Q.7. What to enter in “C.C/K.W” in vehicle details? Ans.Enter the cubic capacity mentioned in sale certificate/RC copy. If CC has not been mentioned, kindly approach the concerned showroom for CC details. Do not enter RPM/Horse power. . In case of electric vehicles enter KW(KILO WATT) mentioned in sale certificate, and also select vehicle fuel type as “Electric”. .

Q.8. How to link KGID vehicle insurance bond with e-parivaahan? Ans. Vehicle insurance bond will automatically get updated in e-parivaahan website, as soon as the bond is generated. In case of any issue regarding the same, kindly contact the department through ticketing tool or call 080-22536100. .

Q.9. What to select in “type of cover” in vehicle details? Ans. For new private car/jeep and two wheelers select bundle policy. For other types of commercial new vehicles select package policy.

Q.1. Our vehicle insurance is getting lapsed/ has already lapsed, what to do to renew the same? Ans.Kindly provide vehicle policy number along with DDO K2 CODE and DDO First KGID number through email and get the vehicle mapped first. later go through the manual provided in KGID portal and apply for vehicle insurance.

Q.2. What are the documents to be uploaded for our renewal vehicle insurance?

Ans.Upload "emission certificate/ RC copy" of the vehicle.

Q.3. We are getting a command as "Alertify JS" and cannot save the vehicle details tab. what to do? Ans.Do not enter "registration date" in vehicle details tab, and then proceed. vehicel details tab will get saved.

Q.4. Previous insurance providede by KGID for our vehicle has been lapsed in 2018 or before 2018. Now we need to renew the same. How to proceed? Ans.Vehicle insurances lapsed before 2019 are not been added to new online portal. Kindly apply for insurance for such vehicles as "fresh/new vehicle". Go through the manual provided in KGID portal and apply as new vehicle insurance.

Q.5. what to select in “type of cover” in vehicle details? Ans.Select “package policy” for type of cover. For vehicles aged above 10years select “liability only policy”. For those vehicles which have been provided bundle policy in previous year,select “bundle OD renewal”.

Q.2. The HOA mapped to DDO Code in DDO login of KGID Portal is of other expenses, what to do? Ans.Kindly get the HOA concerned to transport expenses to DDO Code by providing same details mentioned above.

Q.3. Remitters bank name is not seen in the KD Numbered challan generated online ? Ans.Kindly take SBI bank and payment should be made against virtual account created KD00000000000.

Q.4. We wish to do "phone-pe" for our vehicle insurance, what to do?

Ans.Kindly select net banking > UPI payments.

Q.1. How to get our vehicle mapped to DDO in KGID portal? Ans.Provide vehicle policy number along with DDO K2 CODE and DDO First KGID number through Ticketing tool and get the vehicle mapped.

Q.2. How to get new vehicle mapped to DDO in KGID portal? Ans.New vehicle insurance needs no mapping to be done. Kindly login through DDO First KGID number. Go through the manual provided in KGID portal and apply for your new vehicle insurance.

Q.1.WE don’t have K2 CODE / DDO number, how to map our vehicles in KGID portal for renewing the insurance? Ans.For vehicles owned by BOARDS/COMMISSIONS" who do not have k2 code or DDO number, an agency login along with password will be provided. For that provide following information to KGID through ticketing tool in an excel format: A. Board /corporation name and address.
B. Field officer name and designation.
C. ield officer email id and mobile number.
D. Total number of existing vehicles along with policy numbers and vehicle numbers.

Q.2.How to get new vehicle owned by boards/commissions mapped in KGID portal. Ans.Agency login along with password will be provided. For that kindly fill "board annexure" format provided by KGID and send email in excel format. Later Go through the manual provided in KGID portal and apply for your new vehicle insurance.

Q.1.After entering All details pertaining to accident and click on submit button it shows error as "please enter valid vehicle number". Ans.-ddo needs to go to renewal application and edit vehicle number there *if the vehicle number is correct then they should give space in between registration rto and vehicle number.

Q.2.If the vehicle is already renewed and after 2 months of renewal if it meets with accident and still same error occurs then it cannot be edited as the vehicle wil not be visible in renewal application Ans.Contact kgid.

Q.3.Is FIR and RTO report compulsory for accident

Ans.yes in major damage and 2 vehicles involving in accident case then complaint copy and rto report is mandatory.

Q.4.If the vehicle insurance details is not updated

Ans.ddo needs to send a copy of the previous insurance certificate and it will be updated by KGID.

Q.5.Is there provision to upload additional estimate after the claim is submitted by DDO

Ans.as of now there is no provision for this.

Q.6.Should the after repair bills be submitted by DDO

Ans.either the garage or surveyor or DDO can send after repair bills to KGID.

Q.7.Is work order issued by KGID compulsory to repair accident vehicles

Ans.No it is not mandatory as the surveyor insist the garage to repair the vehicle in case vehicle can be repaired after survey.
